Anne Burrell

Anne W. Burrell (born on 25th August 1949) is an American TV chef personality. She was also an instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education. Anne Burrell. Burrell hosts of Secrets of a Restaurant Chef for Food Network. Food Network, as well as the co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Anne Burrell, a Food Network host with spiky blond hair and an ebullient appearance, shares tips on how you can cook dishes that are restaurant quality at home, using easy methods. Chef Burrell worked for a time in New York at top restaurants as well as studied Italian cuisine tradition and its landscape. Additionally, she competed as Iron Chef America on Food Network. As a child in the upstate of New York, Chef Burrell discovered a love for cooking and eating in her early years. The Culinary Institute of America has sparked her interest in the management of restaurants after she graduated with an English/Communications degree at Canisius College Buffalo NY. The Culinary Institute of America has been a great adventure. It was difficult to master, do or work enough. After graduation, chef Burrell went on to spend one year in Italy studying at Italy's Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners while working at La Taverna del Lupo in Umbria and La Bottega del 30 a one-Michelin star restaurant in Tuscany. During her time in Italy she grew to truly appreciate and understand the philosophy of Italian cuisine and culture which made a lasting impression on her culinary perspective. Burrell has been a member of the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board that aims to make a difference in the lives of kids facing challenges. She is also an Juvenile Research Foundation celebrity ambassador where she advocates for awareness of children with diabetes. Burrell is often a guest presenter at conferences, and she travels the country to mentor others in her task. Anne said she felt lucky that I could be able to share her passion for cooking with other people.
